Combining my passion for food and experience as a chef, I introduce health supportive foods and creative ways to use them with my own simple and delicious recipes.  I accompany this with my knowledge of nutrition (Dip. Natural Nutrition – Canada 2003) to bring a greater awareness of food for health and vitality.
